What is Grief Support?

During your grief support sessions you will work with your coach to equip yourself with the tools and processes to help you to move forward, while continuing to honor your loss and incorporating the memory into your everyday life. This is an important step in the recovery process, helping you to regain your sense of well-being.

Each instance of grief is personal and unique, and unfortunately, it is also often ignored and misunderstood. Grief itself is the loss of something important in your life, perhaps the death of a friend or loved one. The loss of a job, control, or a relationship. No matter where your grief stems from, it is important to equip yourself with the proper tools to overcome this grief and resume day-to-day life.
